Having served in her current position for a month, throughout her illustrious career, Mrs. Berard has attained extensive expertise in the areas of Residential, 55 Plus Communities, First Time Home Buyers, & Investors. Mrs. Berard’s experience extends to servicing all of Bucks County, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.

Throughout the course of her education and training, Mrs. Berard attended Schlicher-Kratz Institute in 2002 where she majored in Real Estate. Having graduated her high school in 1990, Mrs. Berard is a certified realtor, stager and ABR.

Married to her husband, Anthony, Mrs. Berard has three daughters.  When she is not working, Mrs. Berard enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, golf, reading, dog rescues, fundraising for local organizations, and donating her time to local charities.
