
San Antonio, TX-Terra L. Williams, Ph.D. is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Pharmaceuticals in recognition of her role as a Pharmacy Technician.
With over twenty two venerated years of experience as a Pharmacy
Technician in the United States Army, Dr. Terra L. Williams is revered for her
outstanding contributions to the industry. Throughout her career, Dr. Williams
has become well versed in the areas of educating in Business and Information
Technology, and Management in the field of Pharmacy within several military
hospitals.
While pursuing her educational endeavors, Dr. Williams earned her Doctor of
Philosophy in Applied Management and Decision Sciences in 2012 from Walden
University. In her previous years, Dr. Williams obtained her Master of Business
Administration and Healthcare Management degrees in 2005 and Master of
Information Technology degree in 2003 from AIU Online. Dr. Williams also
obtained her Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management in 2002 from
the University of Maryland.
To further enhance her professional development, Dr. Williams is a
distinguished fellow of several elite organizations including the National
Association of Professional Women of which she is a VIP member.
In recognition of her professional accolades, Dr. Williams was the honorary
recipient of many military awards including the Order of Military Medical
Merit, Meritorious Service Medal 3rd Award, Army Commendation Medal 6th Award,
Army Achievement Medal 6th Award, and more.
An elite scholar, Dr. Williams has written several scholarly articles including

With three children and four grandchildren, Dr. Williams dedicates this

and Melissa Dunbar.
