SUSAN CONWAY - IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT

Susan Conway is an implementation consultant for McKesson Corporation, Enterprise Information Solutions Services with the Paragon Provider Technologies team for the past three years. She provides customer and internal application training, creates and maintains training material, assists R&D with auditing upgrades, supports a vast amount of Paragon clinical applications to include orders, clinical documentation, charging, electronic medication administration, radiology/PACS management, and Computerized Physician Order Entry. Ms. Conway also has varied experience with implementing software from a vendor and customer perspective.

Attributing her success to her integrity and ethics by following customer first principles, Susan Conway continues to build her career with continued education as a Certified Respiratory Therapist and receiving certification as a clinical domain expert within Paragon. She is also working on her Six Sigma and Project Management programs.

Before joining the Paragon team, Susan spent more than 20 years in the health care field with Oconee Memorial Hospital, and at Cannon Memorial Hospital as a respiratory therapist and educator. Susan has taught Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support,  Advanced Cardiac Life Support for the Experienced Provider,  and Pediatric Life Support.
