In the industry for over twenty five years, Susan has been with Jabil for eight years where she specializes in the following: corporate governance, business development, mergers and acquisitions, finance, legal compliance, management of global subsidiaries, Securities and Exchange Commission filings, investor relations, real estate, contract negotiations and more.
As an officer of Jabil, Susan provides sound and professional legal advice to the Board of Directors, executives and businesses by acting as a strategic business partner, achieving success through collaboration, establishing trusting relationships, providing solutions and translating complex matters into understandable and actionable solutions.
A member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries, National Association of Corporate Directors, National Association of Professional Women and Social Venture Partners of Tampa, Susan enjoys spending time with family, traveling, outdoor activities and triathlons in her spare time.
Throughout the course of her education and training, Susan graduated from George Mason University with her Bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics. She then went on to complete her JD at the University of Southern California.
