In response to a growing demand for mental health services in the Georgetown area, Dr. Khalsa is proud to announce the opening of Khalsa Psychiatric Services, a private, concierge-style psychiatric practice dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for individuals struggling with a range of mental health conditions.

With a deep commitment to holistic and accessible psychiatric care, Dr. Khalsa specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and co-morbid conditions such as substance abuse. His concierge model ensures a comfortable, private setting where patients receive the time, attention, and trust-building care essential to effective treatment.

Dr. Khalsa brings over two decades of experience in the mental health field. He began his career as a psychiatric registered nurse (1998–2016). Dr. Khalsa’s education and expertise reflect an impressive academic journey that includes a Vocational Tech Certificate from Mt. San Antonio College, an ASN from Cerritos Community College, a BSN from California State University, Fullerton, an MSN from Azusa Pacific University, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Loma Linda University, and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix.

He is affiliated with leading professional organizations including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Psychiatric Nurses Association, Kentucky Nurses Association, and the International Society of Psychiatric Nursing, among others. He is also a proud member of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Khalsa credits his professional mentors to Robert Summerour, MD, Michelle Tremblay, RN, Gwen Matthews, RN, and Sabrina Friedman, DNP, Ed.D for shaping his approach to patient-centered care.

Looking ahead, Dr. Khalsa plans to grow his practice and expand services, continuing to fill the critical need for accessible psychiatric care in the Georgetown area.
