In addition to his role with Novartis, Stefan is also the Co- Founder of the Northern Ghana Volunteers which helps to Establish Healthcare and Educate Projects, and works to Build Hospitals and Computer Schools for Disenfranchised Children and Women.

Throughout his educational career, Stefan earned his MSc in Medical Biology (Tumor Immunology) from Radboud University in the Netherlands. He also holds a BS in General Biology from the same institution.
