Born and raised in
Plainview, NY, Dr. Chavkin received his undergraduate degree in Environmental
Studies from the State University of Buffalo, as well as his Doctorate in
Dental Surgery degree from School of Dental Medicine at Buffalo in 2000.
Furthering his training, he went on to complete his residency program at SUNY
Downstate/ Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York.
Remaining abreast of the latest advancements in his field, Dr. Chavkin is an
active member of the Suffolk County Dental Society, American Dental
Association, and the New York State Osteopathic Medical Society. He takes pride
in exceeding the continuing education requirements of New York.
