Westover, WV/ Continental Who’s Who/- Rose McCartney is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Religious Services as a result of her role as a Pastor with Westover United Methodist Church.
In her current position, Pastor McCartney specializes in Preaching; Compassion; as well as Helping and Serving her Congregation and the surrounding Community.
Pastor McCartney earned her Master’s Degree from Methodist Theological School in 1996, was ordained an elder in the WV Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church. She is presently a member of the United Methodist Women and Men’s Group, serves on the District Committee of Ordained Ministry, and is Parish Coordinator overseeing eighteen other churches and their pastors.
In her spare time, Pastor McCartney enjoys Jigsaw Puzzles; Reading; Writing; and watching older westerns (Bonanza, Gunsmoke, Big Valley, Wagon Train and others).
