Dr. Rachelle D. Stevens, D. Hum, is a distinguished author, motivational speaker, and the owner of Elite Access, LLC. With a career spanning more than 17 years, Dr. Stevens delivers inspirational keynotes, counseling, consulting, and authorship that reach audiences internationally, including across Europe, Africa, and China. Her work is rooted in a global perspective and a commitment to practical, measurable personal and professional growth.
Dr. Stevens’ areas of specialty include inspirational keynote speaking on The Silence Heard, The Query of Emotional Displacement, and Love. She guides clients and audiences in cross-cultural communication, goal setting and performance measurement, and aligning purpose with action. Her services also encompass counseling, consulting, and faith-based education, supported by ongoing book signings and public engagements.
Before founding Elite Access, LLC in 2007, Dr. Stevens served as a management analyst with the U.S. Department of the Army, Forces Command (FORSCOM) in Resource Management. In that role, she managed core programs focused on efficiency and regulatory compliance and collaborated across commands to define quantifiable goals and objectives. The experience reinforced her belief in setting measurable goals, which she regards as a significant professional milestone and a guiding principle in her work today.
An accomplished author, Dr. Stevens published Catharsis in 2023, blending personal growth insights with societal reflection informed by extensive international travel. Her creative and community-focused initiatives include founding a nonprofit organization that supports gifted youth in music and the fine arts, managing the Spectrum Four Jazz Ensemble, directing national pageants in Africa, and teaching piano to a diverse roster of international students.
Dr. Stevens is actively engaged in civic and professional life. She serves as an Adult Sunday School teacher at Fallbrook Baptist Church, is a member of Texas Executive Women, director of special events for The Federation of Houston Professional Women, contributes to the Epsilon Omicron Education Foundation, volunteers with charities in West Africa, and previously served as president of the American Women’s Club. Her honors include recognition by Marquis Who’s Who (2025-2026) member, Pinnacle Professional Member of Continental Who’s Who, Junior Achievement Award in fundraising, and a feature in a CNN commercial for Genevieve Magazine.
Her academic preparation includes an Honorary Doctorate in Humanities from H.E. Wood Bible Institute and Theological Seminary (2015) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in computer information systems, management, and business administration from the University of the Incarnate Word (1984). Graduating high school at 16 and completing her undergraduate studies by 20, Dr. Stevens exemplifies perseverance and intentional living—values she continues to impart to her children.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Stevens enjoys tennis, music, playing the piano, travel, interior design, and collecting and appreciating fine art. She also manages a luxury Airbnb property.
Looking ahead, Dr. Stevens plans to continue book signings and speaking engagements, develop training programs, and complete a children’s book. She is exploring collaborations with churches and social reform groups to leverage her book in support of social reform.
