in the field of Manufacturing and Distribution. Michelle is the Education
Marketing Director with Arrow ECS.

In her current capacity, Michelle specializes in business
marketing, education, event planning, project management, budget tracking,
training and development, and sales enablement. She is also responsible for new
hire orientation as well as the review of curriculum lists, plans and audience
assessments for the human resources team.
She has been with Arrow for nearly two decades, and was the
recipient of Arrow's President's Club Award in both 2011 and 2007. Michelle also
works closely with the coordination of internal intern summer programs, where
she holds weekly meetings, payroll services, job shadowing, and school
evaluations. She maintains affiliation
with ASTD, NAIT, and the National Association of Professional Women. Furthermore,
Michelle is charitable towards organizations including the Kelley Cares
Foundation and American Red Cross.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, movies, tennis, and
spending time with her friends and family.
Michelle graduated from John. F Kennedy University with a Ph.D
in Business Administration, and holds a Master’s degree in Industrial
Technology and Psychology from Purdue University. In addition, she earned a
BSIM in Industrial Management/ Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
