research, and legal writing, Melissa is a dedicated attorney working for the
firm’s environmental and litigation practice group.
Melissa is an active member of the Environmental section of the Indianapolis
Bar Association, is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, and is Vice
Chair of the Board of the Marion County Commission on Youth. Outside of the
office, she enjoys traveling. Additionally, Melissa is a volunteer for L.I.F.E.
Beyond Shortridge.
Throughout the course of her education and training, Melissa obtained her Juris
Doctor from the Valparaiso University School of Law where she graduated Magna
Cum Laude. She graduated from Marquette University Cum Laude with her
Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science.
