Throughout his career, Dobson has attained expertise within the areas of Leadership, Relationship Building, Lean Operations, and Revenue Generation. Additionally, Dobson operates "Watermark Images," a freelance underwater photography business.
Throughout the course of his education and training, Dobson attained his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. An established Certified Personal Accountant since 1987, Dobson attended Executive Training Courses at Duke and Babson Universities through Met Life and Provident Insurance.
