As Vice President, Mark is active in environmental and land use counseling, permitting, enforcement and litigation for more than twenty five years. He has lectured and written extensively in the environmental and land use field and is also an adjunct professor at the Cardozo Law School, where he teaches environmental litigation. Furthermore, Mark has had several works published and more recently, his piece" Federal Jurisdiction Over Wetlands" is to be included as a chapter in the Federal Wetlands Regulation, which will be published by the American Bar Association, that he co-authored with Douglas R. Williams.
Presently, Mark is on the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association, Environmental Law Section and Co-Chair of its Committee on Environmental Impact Assessment. Additionally, he maintains memberships with affiliations including the American Law Institute, Environmental Law Institute, New York Water Pollution Control Association, Practicing Law Institute, Cambridge Institute, New York Land Use Institute, Westchester Municipal Planning Federation, and the Rockefeller Institute of Government.
Throughout his educational career, Mark received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, and his A.B. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
