Mrs. Kennedy is a broker and owner of Classic Realty, a firm dedicated to serving the Hutto, Texas area as well as neighboring counties. Mrs. Kennedy joined Classic Realty in 2010 and purchased the business in 2018. The business professional, along with her team, is dedicated to providing excellence in service. 

Mrs. Kennedy sought licensure in 2007 from The University of Texas at Austin and holds both a real estate license as well as a broker's license, which she earned in 2017 from Champions School of Real Estate, the largest real estate school in Texas. She also secured a certificate in interior design from the University of Phoenix in 1999 and completed coursework in elementary education at Tabernacle Baptist Bible College. Mrs. Kennedy began her career with Kuker Company Real Estate Services from 2007 to 2009 moving to Coldwell Banker United between 2009 and 2010. Adding to her mastery of the field, Mrs. Kennedy also worked as a real estate paralegal with Pat Cavness Law Office from 2003 to 2007 and as part of the paralegal staff at Smith & Carlson Law Office between 2000 and 2003.

Mrs. Kennedy regularly contributes to Realty Line, a regional real estate publication, and has been duly recognized for many professional accomplishments throughout her career, including the Rookie of the Year Award from the Austin area network of the Women's Council of Realtors where she served as president in 2022. The broker has been a member of the Central Texas MLS as Board of Governor and/or Advisory Council for more than five years and is active in many other capacities with various organizations, including working on the state level of the Texas REALTORS Professional Standards Committee; the Professional Standards Coordinating Committee; and the Professional Women of Williamson Co., for which she served as vice president of the membership and scholarship committee from 2012 to 2015 and president for a one-year term in 2016. Mrs. Kennedy also serves as the vice president of membership for the Williamson County Republican Women, a position she has held since 2016, and was a member of the Texas Women in Business Alliance between 2011 and 2013.

Certified in numerous specialties, Mrs. Kennedy is a certified new home specialist and negotiation expert and is a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute. As a certified negotiation expert, Mrs. Kennedy partners with clients in a comprehensive exploration of their buying and selling options. As a nationally certified real estate mentor and coach, Mrs. Kennedy is a member of the Texas Realtor Leadership. She is focused on assisting other agents to develop and process leads in the market and resolve any pending barriers to building an impressive portfolio. Mrs. Kennedy asserts that she helps other agents earn the appropriate continuing education credit and obtain initial licensure as well as renewals.

A leader in her field, Mrs. Kennedy is especially proud to be affiliated with several organizations whose missions are to advance women in business. She has been an active member of Professional Women of Williamson Co. since 2012; served as vice president of the membership and scholarship committee from 2012 to 2015; and president for a one-year term in 2016. Mrs. Kennedy is also the vice president of membership for the Williamson County Republican Women since 2016, and was a member of the Texas Women in Business Alliance between 2011 and 2013.

In regards to her exceptional success in the field, Mrs. Kennedy credits a willingness to take intelligent risks and follow her instincts for her professional advancement.
