Linda has over 20 years of executive compensation consulting experience combined with an additional 10 years leading the Executive Compensation and Total Rewards functions within mid-cap and large issuers in the U.S. and Canada, many with international operations. As a Principal, Linda works as an experienced advisor to Boards and Compensation Committees on performance measurement, executive compensation, and related corporate governance matters. She has specific expertise advising on incentive plan design, executive employment contracts, and compensation issues related to special situations (e.g., CEO succession, IPOs, and M&As).

Linda is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors in the U.S., the Institute of Corporate Directors in Canada and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals. Linda is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the ICD. Director designation.

Outside of work, Linda enjoys golf, hiking and cross country skiing. Involved in her community, she sits on the Board of Directors for the McMan Youth Family and Community Services Association and donates her charity to organizations including Habitat for Humanity and the Special Olympics.

Throughout the course of her educational career, Linda received her Master of Taxation with Distinction from Bentley University in addition to her undergraduate degree in Accounting with Honors from the University of Maryland.
