A seasoned musical director amassing over thirty years of experience in all facets of music, Lesa excels as the Director of the San Jose String Academy. Specializing in arts administration, Lesa’s areas of expertise include classical and chamber music as well as piano instruction, music theory and education.

Recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of The Year, Lesa is a member of the Music Teachers' Association of California and California Teachers Association. She is charitable towards PEO and enjoys art, oil painting and drawing in her free time.

Throughout the course of her education and training, Lesa earned her Master’s degree in Music from San Jose State University.
