Ms. Qualls is a nurse practitioner and entrepreneur distinguished for more than two decades of service across healthcare and medical aesthetics. As the owner of KQ Aesthetics and medical director of Restoration Integrated Health, she advocates for a holistic, patient-first model that prioritizes non-invasive care, realistic expectations, and individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. 

At Restoration Integrated Health, Ms. Qualls oversees integrated medical procedures and therapies. Her scope includes comprehensive new patient assessments, ordering and interpreting X-rays, and preparing detailed reports for the chiropractor. She performs joint injections including hyaluronic acid for osteoarthritis, and platelet-rich plasma injections, manages allergy and neuropathy testing and treatment, as well as intravenous vitamin infusions. 

Through KQ Aesthetics, founded in 2023, Ms. Qualls provides natural skincare solutions for men and women with an emphasis on non-invasive, pain-free procedures that require no downtime and avoid injectables such as Botox or fillers. She specializes in microneedling with exosomes to support skin structure and employs advanced technology, including the T-Shape 2 machine from Italy, for body-contouring lymphatic massage. The boutique med spa is accredited by the Better Business Bureau and offers medical-grade PCA SKIN products while integrating nutrition and lifestyle guidance. 

Before launching her practice, Ms. Qualls served seven years as a pain management nurse practitioner at Texas Pain Institute, delivering comprehensive care for complex pain conditions. Earlier, she dedicated 14 years to Texas Health Resources, Southwest and Clearfork, in orthopedics and medical-surgical specialties, building a broad clinical foundation that informs her multidisciplinary approach today. 

Her career began in the United States Navy, where she served as a nurse officer from 2004 to 20010, including two years of active duty at Naval Hospital Portsmouth, Virginia, followed by four years in the Ready Reserves at Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth. Experience in orthopedics, wound care, and general patient care during Operation Iraqi Freedom shaped her clinical leadership and adaptability. Her transition into aesthetics was further influenced by personal skin health challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent education at the PCA Academy in Scottsdale. 

Ms. Qualls earned a Master of Science in Nursing in Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from South University in Savannah, Georgia, in 2017 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma in 2004. She also holds an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts from New Mexico Military Institute, awarded in 2000. She is certified as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C) and a Registered Nurse (RN) and is pursuing nurse coaching and holistic nurse coaching credentials with completion anticipated in Spring 2027. 

A member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Ms. Qualls has been recognized with selection to Marquis Who's Who, Magnet Status recognition for her hospital floor, Preceptor of the Year honors from 2008 to 2017, and a Top 10 Nurses nomination in 2012. She is civically engaged as a volunteer donor for adoption programs, a sponsor of a high school rodeo team, and a supporter of a local high school football booster club. KQ Aesthetics maintains accreditation from the Better Business Bureau. 

Outside of work, Ms. Qualls enjoys self-care, walking, yoga, physical fitness, traveling, hiking, watching movies, and supporting her children's athletic pursuits.
