Dr. Kathleen E. Kearney is a highly regarded interventional cardiologist at UWMC Montlake, where she specializes in the treatment of complex cardiac cases. With a focus on chronic total occlusions, stent re-stenosis, and refractory chest pain symptoms related to microvascular disease, Dr. Kearney is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to patients facing the highest risks.

Dr. Kearney earned her Bachelor of Science in biology, with a minor in chemistry, from Case Western Reserve University before obtaining her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Medicine. She completed her internship, internal medicine residency, and fellowship in cardiology and interventional cardiology at the University of Washington Medical Center, where she now serves as a board-certified expert in both cardiology and interventional cardiology.

Affiliated with the University of Washington, Dr. Kearney is a fellow of the Society of Coronary Angiography and Intervention and a member of the American College of Cardiology.
