Judith is currently a Research/Policy Analyst and Technical Writer with the Science Applications International Corporation, a FORTUNE 500 company specializing in scientific, engineering, technology applications and systems Integration in support of the DoD, IC and Department of Homeland Security.
As a Research Analyst and Technical Writer, Judith currently specializes in the formulation and development of policy, security guidance and governance documents for the implementation and execution of a new sensitive compartmented information control system across the National System for Geospatial Intelligence. Her expertise also includes program assessments, evaluation and oversight to ensure compliance with legislation, Executive Orders, and DoD and IC regulations.
In addition, Judith has used her vast knowledge and experience to author research papers on Enterprise Search and Cyber Security. She has also developed numerous reports on Security and Defense Program Management.
Judith is a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College and Department of the Army Inspector General School. Additionally, she has attended the Naval Postgraduate School, National Defense University, Brookings Institution, Federal Executive Institute, and completed numerous courses in program and security management at DoD schools.
