An esteemed consultant garnering over thirty years of professional experience, Jenny founded HTP Consulting in 2012. HTP Consulting works with individuals and businesses for corporate transformation and strategic solutions tailored for performance improvement and success.
A member of the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology and National Association of Professional Women as well as a certified DiSC behavioral analyst, Jenny focuses on the areas of business development, consulting and executive leadership, professional development, marketing, strategy and more.
Outside of work, she enjoys wine tasting and health endeavors. Additionally, Jenny is a Board Member with Hoops of Hope and is charitable towards organizations including World Vision and the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Throughout the course of her studies, Jenny received her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Argosy University, and she is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
