Port Arthur, TX/ Continental Who’s Who/- Heather Knighton, M.S., CCC-SLP is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Speech Pathology as a result of her role as a Speech Language Pathologist and Director of Rehab with Cantex.
In her current role, Heather works directly in the areas of Administration; Clinical Planning; Development; Evaluating and Treating Patients with a Variety of Co-Morbidities for Deficits in Speech, Language, Swallowing, and Cognition; as well as Patient Care for Geriatrics. In addition, Heather oversees operations of the Rehab Program of Magnolia Manor and Oakwood Manor, two of the Cantex Continuing Care Network facilities.
As a result of her professionalism and dedication to the field of Speech Pathology, Heather holds memberships with numerous organizations including National Association of Profession Women; American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA); Texas Speech and Hearing Association (TSHA); as well as Biltmore Who's Who. Furthermore, Heather supports the Smile Train Foundation; PAWS (Pinewoods Animal Welfare Society); Park Central Church of Christ; and the Breast Cancer Foundation.
Heather earned her MS in Speech Language Pathology from Lamar University.
