Dr. Geoffrey W. Colino, MD, a nationally recognized forensic neurologist, has carved out a unique and distinguished role as the sole physician in the United States providing witness testimony exclusively in the field of forensic neurology. Collaborating with legal professionals, Dr. Colino brings unparalleled expertise to cases involving criminal law, personal injury, and medical malpractice.

At the heart of Dr. Colino’s practice are his meticulous evaluations, which integrate cutting-edge quantitative imaging studies, including MRI, CT scans, and chromosomal analyses. This scientific rigor and his ability to communicate complex neurological findings in legal contexts have made him an invaluable asset in high-stakes cases across the nation.

Dr. Colino’s educational journey reflects a deep intellectual curiosity and commitment to excellence. He graduated cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa from Vassar College, where he earned a BA in philosophy. In addition to his professional contributions, Dr. Colino is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Medical Association (AMA).

Beyond his groundbreaking work in forensic neurology, Dr. Colino enjoys a wide range of hobbies, including scuba diving and underwater videography, stained glass production, and writing fiction and non-fiction. A motorcycle and automobile enthusiast, he also finds joy in woodworking, skateboarding, and rollerblading.

Dr. Colino credits Mr. Morris Coranza, an attorney who inspired him to pursue a career in forensic neurology, as a pivotal mentor in his journey.
