Esereh Youth and Family Center, Inc. was incorporated in the fall of 1999 and received its non-profit status in February of 2000. Since then, Esereh has strived to be an organization that is of service to their local community by providing services that strengthens the foundation of the community. Esereh believes strengthening the families that make up our community makes for a better community.
Originally organized primarily to help prevent homelessness of pregnant teens, Esereh now focuses on all aspects of the community and strive to educate young parents and their families in effective methods of improving their quality of life, health and well-being through practical, emotional support and interventions, and more.
As CEO, Evelyne works hard to provide support to families through programs and services, and brings local families to success through various classes such as parenting, speech, social development and birth classes. She specializes in administration management, non-profits, fundraising, strategic planning, leadership development, and more. In her spare time, Evelyne enjoys reading and writing.
Throughout her educational career, Evelyne is currently working on her Ph.D in Philosophy from Walden University, and has a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Medgar Evers College.
