Houston, TX/ Continental Who’s Who/- Elizabeth Dibbs Werber is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Consulting. Elizabeth is a Manager, within the People and Organizational Change group at Ernst & Young.

Headquartered in London, Ernst & Young provides audit, tax, business risk, technology, security risk services, human capital and technology services throughout the world. 

In this capacity, Elizabeth works in the areas of business development and process, process improvement, program management, organizational change management and management consulting. She works with clients on how to inform and prepare their employees regarding the changes a new process and system will bring to their organization.

A member of the National Association of Professional Women, Elizabeth is charitable towards organizations such as the Sean and Elizabeth Werber Endowment at Penn State University and volunteering at St. Luke’s Methodist Church. Outside of work, she enjoys soccer, taking French language classes, yoga and skiing.

Elizabeth attended the University of Connecticut where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science.
