Ms. Madiraju was a Senior Technical Architect with AT&T Mobility in Alpharetta, Georgia, recognized for leadership at the intersection of information technology systems, software engineering, and business innovation. She has built a reputation for guiding complex application development programs from design through testing and deployment and for elevating software development processes and architecture to support enterprise-scale outcomes.

Her areas of specialty include Agile and SAFe delivery, Scrum practices such as sprint planning, ceremonies, retrospectives, and conflict resolution, and full-stack architecture on the Microsoft .NET platform, including ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, MVC, and AngularJS for responsive web design. She is adept with APIs, XML integration, and cloud deployments, and brings depth in databases such as Microsoft Access, DB2, and Oracle. Her toolkit spans Visual Studio .NET and the Microsoft Office Suite, project and portfolio platforms including JIRA and Rally, data modeling with Visio and Erwin Modeler, and repository administration for SVN and CVS.

Earlier positions from 1994 to 2021 included senior software engineer, project manager, scrum master, and technical lead, with notable experience in online order capture engines and consumer insights portals. She also secured three United States copyrights for business models and methodologies and contributed to the AT&T Technology Innovation Pipeline/Patent Submission program while mentoring and judging for the APCA Scholarship Program. She was also a member of Oxygen, a mentor and coach program, and mentored AT&T employees. She was an active member of PACs (Political Action Committee) and brought forward AT&T initiatives (With the US Congressional Committee) that is a public policy position, and candidates supported and funded by AT&T to build relationships with the lawmakers involved in telecom, broadband, infrastructure, national security, and public safety legislation. She was a member of WOA supporting initiatives of Women in the areas of community service, networking, and leadership opportunities.

She owns Jane Summers Poetry Classics company and Summers Market Place Inc. In addition to her enterprise IT leadership, Ms. Madiraju led Jane Summers Poetry Classics as CEO and Senior Director of Information Technology Systems for two years, directing application development, testing, and deployment and leveraging .NET-based solutions and web services. Her work there reflects her broader commitment to using software engineering to drive innovation in both IT and business contexts.

A prolific author and recording artist under the pen name Jane Summers, Ms. Madiraju has published extensive poetry collections and several programming and business textbooks. Her creative portfolio includes the albums Seasonal Summers and Autumn Sacred, the project Piano Classics: Seasonal Summers, Summers Way, and the introduction of Lyriconnets—one-line songs—as well as releases in a new language, Durvue, and a German song, Freunde fur tage. Her “Woods” poetry series includes seasonal and thematic volumes, Woods: An Art Vols. X–XIV, and the Encyclopedia of Poetry Series 1 and 2, each comprising 678 poems. She just released Lyrcicarve Quotes, with 512 quotes containing quotes on her nature poems. Her works have been reviewed by US Book Review and Pacific Book Review with a notable score of 8.34 out of 10 and featured on FOX News, the Webwire Radio Talk Show, and other media.

Ms. Madiraju’s honors include AT&T’s Bronze President's Volunteer Service Award for the years 2013, 2014, and 2015, and Technology Award in 2016, induction into the AT&T Wall of Stars in 2015, the Project Champion Award for Team Spirit in 2012, the IT Professional Growth Award, and recognition as a Work Smart Collaborator — Champion. She also earned Literary Titan Gold Awards for her books, Conversations of Windows and Woods: An Autumn Weave Gold, and received recognition from the Professional Organization of Women of Excellence, with five-star book reviews by the US and Pacific Review Group.

Ms. Madiraju earned a PhD in Business Administration from California Southern University in 2023. She holds an MS in Information Systems and an MBA in Accounting, Information Systems, and International Business from Eastern Michigan University, a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Hyderabad, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and a diploma and advanced diploma in German. Her certifications include Machine Learning from Columbia Engineering (2022), Executive Business and Data Analytics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2021), Executive and High-Performance Leadership from Cornell University (2020), Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance (2015), HTML certification from W3Schools (2014), and Quality by Design from AT&T QMS (2013). She is also certified in Six-Sigma Green Belt, Green Belt-Growth, and Lean.

Mrs. Madiraju stepped into the medical field in 2019 and completed several medical courses and examinations. She is certified as a CCMA (Certified Clinical Medical Assistant), a nationally recognized professional credential issued by the National Healthcareer Association (NHA), qualifying her to perform clinical and administrative duties in medical settings, including clinics and hospitals. She is also certified in several medical courses, including Exploring Anatomy: Human Abdomen (University of Leeds), ECG Assessment (St George’s, University of London), Physical Health Assessment (Coventry University), Exploring Cancer Medicines (University of Leeds), and Cardiovascular Disease (University of Reading). She is certified through the National CPR Foundation in CPR and First Aid and also holds BLS certification.

Outside of work, she enjoys writing poetry, cooking diverse cuisines, painting and jewelry-making, and playing the piano.
