Las Vegas, NV — Curtis G. Graham, MD, FACOG, FACS, is being
recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Lifetime Achiever for his decades of
excellence in the medical profession and in acknowledgment of his work with CGG
Investments, LLC as a consultant.
Dr. Graham retired from medical practice in 1999 after more
than 38 years in active medical practice, including 30 years as a
board-certified Obstetrics and Gynecology specialist. He held medical licenses
in Pennsylvania, California, Michigan, Alabama, and New Mexico. In 2000, he
launched a second career as an Internet Entrepreneur, author, speaker, teacher,
and active advocate for business education for all medical students from 2006
to the present day.
In pursuit of his higher learning, he graduated cum laude
with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in the Pre-Medicine program from
Allegheny College in 1958. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University
of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine, in 1962. Dr. Graham's medical
career path over five years in the US Navy began with his internship at the US
Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, VA, followed by Flight Surgery School in
Pensacola, FL, in 1964. He then served for a year in Vietnam as a Naval Flight
Surgeon in combat service with the Marine Helicopter Squadron HMM365.
Following his military service, Dr. Graham completed his
Obstetrics and Gynecology specialty training at Hahnemann University School of
Medicine Hospital, training under Dr. George Lewis, from 1967 to 1970. He
practiced clinical medicine at a Kaiser Permanente HMO. He then entered private
medical practice in 1973 in the Bay area of California, where he remained in
private medical practice until 1994 before moving to Michigan. From 1994 to
1999, Dr. Graham served as administrator and instructor to nine certified
nurse-midwives at Bronson Hospital's Women's Clinic, and assistant clinical
professor at Michigan State University School of Medicine, in Kalamazoo, MI, as
medical students rotated through Bronson Hospital training.
During his illustrious medical career, Dr. Graham served as
a board member for CAP-MPT and several committees. He also served as a board
member and advisor for the California Association of Medical Assistants.
Additionally, Dr. Graham worked with the Contra Costa County Medical
Association. Dr. Graham served as a preceptor of high school and local college
students interested in medical careers.
In his other roles, Dr. Graham is a life member of the
Scottish Rite. In addition, he has also maintained membership in numerous medical
societies through the years. He also served as a consultant to medical
malpractice attorneys for 15 years while in private medical practice.
After retiring from the practice of medicine in 1999, Dr.
Graham gained expertise under Dan S. Kennedy, a world-renowned expert in
business and marketing, who launched his mission to incite medical school
scholars to add a business education curriculum to every medical school's
medical training curriculum for all medical students in our nation—the only way
to guarantee every physician has the business tools to reach and maintain their
maximal potential and value to medical patients and the medical profession.
