Ms. Garcia is an expert realtor with exceptional communication, critical
thinking, and problem solving skills. She currently manages over fifty-two
properties on the island of Maui, spanning from South, Central, Up Country and
the North Shore of Maui. Valued for her ability to build meaningful
relationships with her clients resulting in longevity and partnerships, she
boasts over seventeen years of experience in the industry as the client
preferred Broker on the island. She notably opened her own design company with
multiple stores that included a showroom in Germany, and production factories
in Italy and Brazil. She has also redesigned a unit in Germany that that has
remained the highest appraised property in the community since established six years
ago. She is an accredited staging professional, and is certified in CDPE and
AHS.
Ms. Garcia uniquely completed her education in the German-speaking part of
Switzerland. She spent a year as an exchange student in London, and another
year in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, Neuchatel. Her experience
abroad prompted her to found an esteemed design company overseas. She is
affiliated with National Associations of Realtors and the Honolulu Board of
Realtors. She is also on the Education Committee for the Real Estate
Association of Maui.
In Ms. Garcia’s free time, she is charitable towards animal rescue
organizations such as the Maui Humane Society. She also spends a significant
amount of time, “with the ocean and the land”; her favorite activity is stand
up paddle boarding. Ms. Garcia speaks German, French, Italian, Swiss, German
and Spanish.
