Diversity Consulting was founded by Christina with the goal to educate organizations facing challenges with diversity to broaden their acceptance as a foundation for communal success. 

The President and Owner of Diversity Consulting, Christina possesses over twenty five years as an American Indian diversity practitioner and teacher. Her expertise is frequently sought after by businesses and organizations to solve issues pertaining to diversity and inclusion, social justice and cultural competency.

An accomplished public speaker, instructor and workshop facilitator, Christina received the State of Minnesota Certificate of Recognition for receiving government contracts issued by Governor Tim Pawlenty in 2009.

Currently serving on the Board of Directors with PAVSA, Christina is a member of the League of Women Voters and is the Education Director for the PBS program “Native Report.” In her spare time, Christina enjoys reflecting on her Native American culture by partaking in various Anishinaabe traditions.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities, Christina earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Education from the university.
