CATRINA GRIFFIN - ATTORNEY

Stockton, CA - Prominently featured in Continental Who's Who, Catrina Griffin is acknowledged as a Pinnacle Professional Member Inner Circle of Excellence for her contributions as A Tenacious Advocate for Justice in Juvenile Dependency Law.

Catrina Griffin, a highly regarded attorney specializing in juvenile dependency law, is making a significant impact as an attorney with Griffin Legal Defense, a position she assumed in 2023. Known for her unwavering commitment to her clients, Mrs. Griffin has earned a reputation as a fierce advocate, particularly in challenging Child Protective Services. Her meticulous approach, including reading every report and holding agencies accountable for inaccuracies, has cemented her standing as a trusted and formidable legal professional.

Mrs. Griffin’s academic journey began with a bachelor's degree in paralegal studies from Humphreys University in 2009. She continued her education by earning a Juris Doctor from Humphreys University’s Drivon School of Law in 2016. Her thirst for knowledge and passion for dispute resolution led her to pursue two master’s degrees—one in dispute resolution from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in 2021 and another in advanced legal research and studies from Humphreys University in 2023. She is also certified as a paralegal.

With two decades of experience in the legal field, Mrs. Griffin has established herself as a leader in juvenile dependency law. Her dedication extends beyond the courtroom, as she actively volunteers for organizations such as Just for Kids and mock trial programs through the First Impressions Program. She also serves on the board of directors for Thomas Toy Community Center Inc., Creative Child Care Inc., Edgewood Center for Children and Families, and Wide Horizon Inc., contributing to the betterment of her community.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Mrs. Griffin has been a member of AmeriCorps since 2008 and was nominated for the Outstanding New Lawyer Award. Her professional affiliations include the California Bar Association, and she serves on several committees within the local bar association.

Looking ahead, Mrs. Griffin is committed to continuing her growth and success in the legal field. She remains dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families by upholding justice and accountability.
