As the founder of Carthaginian Consulting Co., established in 2014, Mr. Bailey has demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise in creating safe and pristine job sites for his clients.

Mr. Bailey’s career began with roles as a safety manager at United Forming Inc. and as a safety consultant at RMP. His significant contributions as an EHS Superintendent at Skanska from 2011 to 2016 showcased his ability to oversee and enhance environmental health and safety initiatives on a larger scale. His commitment to safety and environmental health is further exemplified through his leadership at Carthaginian Consulting Co., where his meticulous attention to detail ensures that no aspect of job site safety is overlooked.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Union Commonwealth University and additional certifications in construction safety, health, program management, and safety training from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Mr. Bailey has built a solid foundation for his career. He holds prestigious certifications as a Certified Safety Professional®, Construction Health and Safety Technician®, and Certified Instructional Trainer®.
