San Antonio, TX- Brenda Smith Jaye, RN, is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Top Nurse for her exceptional achievements in the field of Medicine as the Owner and President of Bilingual Case Management Services Inc. dba Personal Care Management.
Established in the fall of 1997, Personal Care Management is a private health care agency located at 3610 Avenue B in San Antonio, TX. They aim to provide excellent, respectful professional and ancillary health services to people in their place or residence. The practice has fifty highly-trained employees who are registered nurses, licensed nurses, or certified nurse’s aides. Their services include senior care, in-home companionship, personal care, transportation, medication reminders, 24-hour home care, care coordination, and skilled nursing visits.
Ms. Jaye has broad range of knowledge and skills, having previously worked in diverse roles. From 1971 to 1979, she served as the nurse manager of an emergency department. She then worked for the University of Oklahoma’s (UO) Pulmonary and Critical Medicine Section, serving as a coordinator for a NIH Study. From 1989 to 1993, she served in two positions at home care companies where she demonstrated adept marketing skills. Additionally, she has experience in hematology, oncology, IV therapy, and worker’s compensation.
Prior to her career, Ms. Jaye completed pre-nursing studies at the UO and Central State University. She went on to earn her registered nurse diploma at Hillcrest Medical Center School of Nursing.
Maintaining affiliations with prominent organizations, Ms. Jaye is a member of the National Private Duty Association (Home Health Hospice Association) and the National Care Managers Association. She is civic to San Antonio Women’s Club, Romance Writers of America, and San Antonio Romance Authors. She is a previous board member of the Cherokee Township of San Antonio.
