With 25 years of experience in Real Estate, Mr. Montaiuti is an expert in off-market assets, including hotels and refineries. He works internationally, helping investors, investment funds, and hotel chains find the best luxury real estate and hotel sites. The company offers listings throughout 42 countries, with a total market value of over $65 Billion.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management in Rome in 1983. In 1991, he became the Director and Owner of BAF Tour Services, where he oversaw daily office operations and worked with suppliers. In 2005, Mr. Montaiuti became both the owner of SoccerInUSA.com, managing the offices and team, and MICE Manager of Mare Events, where he managed, directed, coached the sales team, and oversaw marketing and large accounts.
From 2009-2022, he was a Florida Realtor Team Leader and joined the Orlando Regional Realtor Association Commercial Consul in 2019. Mr. Montaiuti opened his company Global Alliance Group in 2020, where he remains the CEO today. He is a Partner and Master Broker at Beach Home Investments LLC, dedicated to finding investment real estate, condos, and villas in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. In 2021, Mr. Montaiuti also became a Partner at BT Global Commercial, finding excellent real estate opportunities internationally.
