Having gathered thirty three years of experience in the field of insurance and twenty years of experience in her current position as a Senior Claims Representative at Tennessee Farmers Mutual Insurance, Annie Hess is revered for her remarkable contributions to the industry. A well sought after professional in her field, throughout her illustrious career, Mrs. Hess has attained extensive experience in all aspects of auto claims, dealing directly with policy holders and attorneys.
While pursuing her educational endeavors, Mrs. Hess earned her Associate of Science degree in business science from Shelby St. University located at Southwest Community College. Mrs. Hess also obtained her Associate of Science degree in Nursing (LPN) from Baptist Hospital. Thereafter, Mrs. Hess would go on to attain certification as a Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA) from the American Education Institute.
Charitable to various organizations, Mrs. Hess is an avid donator of food and clothing to the homeless with Christ Fellowship Church.
When she is not working, Mrs. Hess enjoys reading, writing, and spending quality time with her family.
In recognition of her professional accolades, Mrs. Hess is a distinguished scholar and authored the book “God’s Grace is Sufficient: A Life After Homicide” (release October 2018) about the murder of her son.
Mrs. Hess dedicates this recognition in loving memory of her son, Christopher Craig Smith who passed on 3/11/2007 (23 years old). Mrs. Hess married the love of her life, Carl Hess in December 2006. Her youngest son, Jonathan K. Smith is her only surviving son. He is the father of her only grandson, Christopher Keith Smith, now seven years old.
