Dr. AnnaMaria Bliven, a trailblazer in the field of leadership and innovation, continues to make waves with her unwavering commitment to helping individuals carve out fulfilling careers and realize their full potential. With a career spanning over four decades, with over two decades in the military, Dr. Bliven's journey is marked by a steadfast dedication to personal growth, community service, and transformative education.

As the chief education officer and co-founder of Future Forward Academy since 2021, and the chief executive officer and founder of Onward and Upward Inc. since 2017, Dr. Bliven has been instrumental in shaping the career paths of countless individuals. Her organizations, including Prosperity Pathways LLC founded in 2014, serve as pillars of support for those seeking guidance and mentorship in their professional endeavors. She has had the passion for education as early as eleven years old hosting “summer school” in her parent’s basement in upstate New York teaching as many as 15 neighborhood children at a time.

Dr. Bliven's academic journey is a testament to her thirst for knowledge and continuous growth. From earning a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University in 1989, Master of Arts from West Virginia University in 1990, and Master of Business Administration from Colorado Technical University – Online in 2010, to attaining a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater in 2021, her educational pursuits reflect her unwavering commitment to excellence.

Beyond her academic achievements, Dr. Bliven's career is characterized by her tireless dedication to community service and civic engagement. Through her leadership of "Onward and Upward," she has demonstrated a profound commitment to making a positive impact on society. Under her leadership, 33 nonpaid volunteers worked tirelessly to assist 100 people to not be homeless anymore. She and her husband created the first Onward and Upward Community Online Work Center providing community classes in getting, keeping, and leveling up in online and onsite employment, providing computer work spaces and eventually adding over one million dollars to the local tax base, converting people who were once tax drainers to being tax payors and changing lives for individuals and their families. 

Dr. Bliven's contributions to literature in her field, including publications like "Get A Real Job Online," “Work at Home with a Real Online Job,” and additional published books by Vibrant Publishers such as “Time Management Essentials You Always Wanted to Know,” Business Plan Essentials You Always Wanted to Know,” Entrepreneurship Essentials You Always Wanted to Know,” and, “Business Communication Essentials You Always Wanted to Know,” have further solidified her reputation as a thought leader and innovator in life and career development.

Her exceptional dedication and contributions have not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by the numerous awards and honors she has received, including the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Marquis Who’s Who, and the Green County Leaders Graduate Award and honor’s recognition from the National Society of Leadership and Success.

It is a lifetime goal of Dr. Bliven to duplicate the tremendous success of the Onward and Upward Community Online Work Center in every major city in the United States.
