Syracuse, NY/ Continental Who’s Who/- Angela L. Dence is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Accounting as a result of her role as Chief Financial Officer of Home HeadQuarters Inc.

Specializing in home loans and grants, property redevelopment and homeowner education and resources, Home HeadQuarters is passionate about creating housing opportunities and related services throughout Central and Upstate New York to enhance the lives of underserved people while restoring and modernizing the communities they inhabit.  

In her role as CFO, Angela is responsible for all aspects of the financial and fiscal management of the organization and all of its affiliated entities. She works closely with the Executive Director/CEO to provide critical financial insight, analysis and strategic support to aid in decision making. Angela is responsible for presenting financial information to the Board of Directors and the Business and Finance Committee. She partners with other members of senior management to help assure the smooth financial and programmatic operation of the organization. 

Prior to her new position with Home HeadQuarters, Angela was the Controller/Financial Systems Administrator at Bankers Healthcare Group where she gained an array of experience within the accounting and finance area. 

As a member of the National Association of Professional Women, Angela enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, shopping and exercising in her spare time.

Reflecting on her educational career, Angela earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Columbia College, and is currently enrolled in the Masters in Accountancy program at Southern New Hampshire University. She will complete the Master’s Degree program in July 2016.
