Born and raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Dr. Vallo spent a summer working at a local orthodontics office, a valuable experience that led him to pursue a career in dentistry. He graduated from Michigan State University, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences. Dr. Vallo then attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where he earned a Doctorate of Dental Sciences. With a commitment to remain abreast of the latest advancements in his field, Dr. Vallo participates in numerous continuing education seminars that far exceed the state dental board requirements. He is an active member of The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The American Academy of Clear Aligners, The North Tampa Spear Study Club, The American Dental Association, The Florida Dental Association, and The West Coast Dental Association.
In his spare time, Dr. Vallo enjoys playing golf and tennis, keeping fit, and training for organized running events. He still holds true to his Pittsburgh roots and loves to cheer on his Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins. In addition, he devotes time to his “No Hungry Pets” program. For every new patient that visits The Dental Boutique Westchase, Dr. Vallo commits to provide an entire month’s worth of food for a hungry animal. When he first adopted his dog, Samson, he was underweight and malnourished, so Dr. Vallo decided to partner with The Humane Society of Tampa Bay to ensure No More Hungry Pets!
Dr. Vallo and his fiancé, Dana, are Westchase residents and enjoy spending time outdoors with their dogs Ruthie and Samson.
