MICHAEL PAZ - REALTOR

IN GOD I TRUST

A Testimony of Faith, Resilience, and Purpose

Everett, WA - Prominently featured in The Inner Circle, Michael Paz is recognized as a Pinnacle Professional Member Inner Circle of Excellence for his contributions in Residential Real Estate.

This is not a traditional article about a real estate agent. This is my testimony — a reflection of faith, perseverance, and purpose — and the journey God has shaped for me through service, humility, and trust.

Many people know me by different names — Mike, Mikie, or even “Big Chief Mike” — but fewer know the story behind who I am and what brought me here. My path has not been easy or linear. From my youth through college and into adulthood, I encountered challenges that tested my character, discipline, and faith. Through those experiences, I came to understand the meaning of 1 Corinthians 1:27–28 — that God often chooses what the world sees as unlikely to fulfill His greater purpose.

In 2022, I was diagnosed with Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS). Not long after, I endured significant physical setbacks, including fractures to my right leg. These moments forced me to slow down, reflect, and lean fully into my faith. Through prayer, meditation, and accountability, I gained clarity and strength during times when the future felt uncertain. I believe wholeheartedly that God sustained me during those moments and continues to guide my steps.

Service has always been at the core of who I am. Before entering real estate, I worked in a wide range of customer-facing roles — from hospitality and food service to logistics and corporate environments. Each role taught me patience, communication, and empathy. Those experiences shaped how I now serve my clients, helping me understand diverse personalities and build genuine relationships rooted in trust.

My inspiration to pursue real estate came from watching my parents succeed in fix-and-flip properties. Seeing the impact thoughtful guidance could have on families and investors motivated me to enter the industry with the goal of empowering others through informed decision-making. Today, I represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential real estate with a commitment to integrity, transparency, and fiduciary responsibility. I approach each transaction as an opportunity to serve, ensuring my clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process.

I am currently affiliated with Keller Williams Everett and remain committed to continuous education and professional growth. While my primary focus is residential real estate, I have a long-term interest in expanding into commercial real estate, believing that meaningful growth begins with serving individuals before larger enterprises.

Outside of my professional life, I am a creative person who finds balance through art, music, and the outdoors. I enjoy painting, drumming, paddleboarding, and traveling throughout Washington State. I also love reading — particularly books on theology, philosophy, geology, and science — because I believe understanding how everything connects brings greater purpose and perspective to life.

Looking ahead, my focus remains on growth — not just professionally, but personally and spiritually. I believe real estate is about more than property. It is about people, communities, and stewardship. Guided by faith and a commitment to service, I strive to build a career rooted in integrity, compassion, and lasting impact.

As I continue forward, I remain grateful for every opportunity God places before me. As written in James 1:17, “Every good and perfect gift is from above.” My journey continues with humility, gratitude, and a desire to serve others with intention and purpose.
