Under her leadership, Universal Events supports more than 200 community outreach events per day nationwide, delivering coordinated systems, logistics, and compliance infrastructure that enable nonprofit organizations and fundraising initiatives to operate at scale. The company has also expanded its footprint with the opening of three new locations in Oklahoma City, Alabama, and Little Rock, Arkansas, further strengthening its national presence. Ms. Vallejo earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Youngstown State University, building a strong foundation in leadership and strategic communication. She began her career in radio, where she developed expertise in client relations, sales, and outreach before launching entrepreneurial ventures centered on leadership development and organizational growth.

A dedicated mentor and leadership coach, Ms. Vallejo provides ongoing guidance through weekly mentoring sessions that focus on systems, mindset, and confidence building. Her work helps individuals overcome limiting beliefs while developing the structure and discipline needed for long term success.

Her leadership has been recognized with honors including the 2024 National Partner of the Year from Law Enforcement Against Drugs, along with additional professional recognition for her contributions to leadership and business development.
