Amy A. Ms. Cunningham is widely recognized for her expertise in healthcare technology platforms, including Brightree and Salesforce, as well as her ability to streamline complex processes related to billing, compliance, and collections. Her work focuses on improving database functionality, increasing operational efficiency, and ensuring accurate reimbursement practices, all while supporting providers in delivering high quality patient care.

With more than 27 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Ms. Cunningham has held a variety of leadership roles across HME and healthcare services. Prior to her current position, she served as Director of Finance at North Florida Medical Sales and Rentals, where she oversaw billing, collections, compliance, and revenue cycle operations. In this role, she played a key part in strengthening financial stability and implementing process improvements that enhanced organizational performance.

Earlier in her career, she gained extensive experience in customer support and community management at Brightree LLC, along with supervisory roles at Rotech Healthcare and billing leadership positions at Coastal Medical. These experiences contributed to her deep understanding of healthcare systems and her ability to deliver impactful solutions.

Ms. Cunningham earned an Associate of Arts in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2015. Her professional accomplishments have been recognized with honors including Influential Women in 2026 and recognition as a Marquis Who’s Who Honored Listee in 2025.
