Laurel, MS - Prominently featured in The Inner Circle, Dr. Amanda Campbell Cooley is acknowledged as a Pinnacle Professional of The Year for her contributions to Education Advocacy and Community Leadership.
Dr. Cooley is a respected educator, advocate, and entrepreneur whose career reflects a deep commitment to child and youth development, literacy advancement, and social responsibility. She is the founder of Unlimited Dreams Christian Learning Center, where she works to expand educational access and strengthen foundational learning for children and families within her community.
Before establishing Unlimited Dreams Christian Learning Center, Dr. Cooley spent a decade as the owner of Greater Expectations Children Learning Center. During that time, she developed an after school program focused on foundational literacy after recognizing that many students were struggling with basic reading skills in public schools. This experience became the catalyst for her lifelong mission to promote literacy and educational equity.
Dr. Cooley holds a Doctorate in Christian Education from North West Christian University, earned in 2022. She also received a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in health and education from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her academic background supports her holistic approach to education, blending instructional leadership with advocacy and community engagement.
In addition to her professional work, Dr. Cooley is actively involved in civic and service organizations. She serves as a board member for United Way and the Red Cross and holds membership in Sigma Gamma Rho, The Order of the Eastern Star, and Gamma Phi Delta Sorority Inc. She is also a coauthor of multiple books and remains dedicated to service beyond the classroom.
Her leadership and humanitarian efforts have been recognized with several honors, including the Humanitarian Award from The Junior Auxiliary Award in 2025. Looking ahead, Dr. Cooley remains committed to promoting an illiteracy free Mississippi and beyond, with future plans to establish a family resource center to further support her community.
Dr. Cooley credits her dedication to education and service to the support of her family, including her parents Brenda and Charles Campbell, her husband Randall Cooley, and her twin sons Darian and Darius.
